3 Simple Booking Tips
TIP 1: Available time blocks
8:00am-12pm I 1:00pm-5:00pm I 8:00am-5:00pm I 6:00pm-10:00pm
- Trying to select other times will result in an error and you will not be able to continue booking.
- Your time block includes arrival, load-in, setup, production, cleanup, and load-out.
- Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
- Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
- Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

TIP 2: Picking a date
- Click on the number (date) in the calendar.
TIP 3: Picking a time
- Select the allowed time block that works best for your project, then click BOOK. You can adjust the time to meet the allowable time blocks using the up and down arrows to choose one of 8:00am-12pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, or 6:00pm-10:00pm
- If you see a time already in the date block, that is a prior reservation, indicating that time block is unavailable.
